To celebrate the launch of 'It's Entertainment' Celtic Thunder will be having a live chat event today, February 9th 2010, at 12 noon to 2pm EST. Please take a few minutes to read through the live chat guidelines so you can understand how this is going to work. This will help us make this a successful event for everyone

Live Chat Guideline, Questions and Answers:

Q - What is the Celtic Thunder Live Chat?

A - The Celtic Thunder Live Chat is an online event, where the Celtic Thunder artists will be answering your questions and chatting live, online. The live chat will be text based, meaning that as the artists type their answers and comments, you will see these immediately.

Q - Where is the Celtic Thunder Live Chat happening?

A - It is happening on the official site for Celtic Thunder (where you are reading this now!). We will add a new link to the live chat from the home page and you will be able to click the link and then see the live chat immediately, from 12 noon until 2pm EST.

Q - Who will be participating in the Live Chat?

A - Damian, Keith, Ryan, Paul, Neil and George will be in the live chat as well as Sharon and a couple of members of the site team. The live chat will be answering split into the following sections:

Times might vary give or take a few minutes each side.

Q - How do I join in the Live Chat?

A - You do not need to register, just show up on the link when we make it available at 12 noon EST. You can ask questions by simply adding your name and then typing your question. The site will remember your name so after your first question, you will not need to reenter it. You do not need to be logged into, or have a Celtic Thunder user account to join in the live chat. If you dont want to ask any questions, you can just watch the live chat - there will be plenty going on!

Q - What if my question is not being answered?

A - As you can imagine we will be receiving a lot of questions for the artists during the live chat, so the site team will be selecting from the questions that you are asking. It is important that we can moderate the questions in order to keep the live chat interesting and engaging. Please do not be disappointed if your questions are not answered - we will not be able to answer all of them.

Q - What happens if I miss the Live Chat?

A - We will be putting the entire chat thread online after the event, so you will be able to look back and read through everything after the event.

Guidelines for Asking Questions - Please Read Carefully:

- Please be patient and do not resubmit the same question over and over. We will be selecting from many questions throughout the event.
- Please follow the questions already asked. If they have previously been submitted we will not be answering them again.
- Prepare your questions and keep them meaningful. Asking an artist if they remember you waving from the third row of last years show isnt going to get answered!
- Please use your same username you use from the pub. This will help the artists, site team and other fans recognise you.

- Please be respectful with your questions.

We also recommend that you shut down the music player at the top of the site - click the [X] in the top right hand side to close this down.

The live chat link will appear here at 12noon EST/5pm Irish Time
