Please read the following F.A.Q. for answers regarding the Celtic Thunder Benefit Concert for Hurricane Sandy Victims 'Armchair Pass' video download. We highly suggest that you update your web browser to make sure you are running the most up-to-date version before downloading the video. The site works best in Safari or Google Chrome — but up-to-date versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer will work as well.

For customers who purchased a pre-sale of the 'Armchair Pass': please keep in mind that you can also now download the video file from the "Click Here To Get It Now" link found in your original pre-purchase order confirmation e-mail.

Q: When will my video download be ready?

Answer: The video will be available for download starting on Saturday, December 8th (approximately 8pm). Users who have purchased the video will receive an e-mail notification with a link to download their copy of the video. There will also be an announcment here on Celtic Thunder's official website. It will take a little while for all the emails to be sent out so dont worry if you have'nt received your email but you know others who have - it is on its way. If you purchase the video after 8pm on Saturday 8th December, you should receive the download link straight away and can click it to download.

Q: I have not received my email, when will I get it?

Answer: The process of sending the email will take some time so please be patient. Not everyone will receive it on Saturday 8th December. Please check your spam/junk mail folders in case the email has been automatically moved here by mistake. We will also be sending a follow up email in the week as well. Also, please keep in mind that you can always return to your original order confirmation e-mail and press "Click Here To Get It Now" to download the video file. 

Q: I downloaded the video but can't find it on my computer. How can I find it?

Answer: After the download is complete, the video file should be in your browser's default downloads location. You can also do a search on your computer for the file's name which is:  CT-Armchair-Pass-Video.mov

Q: Do I need any special programs to play the video?

Answer: No. As long as you have a video player on your computer, you will be able to view the video. Please note that the file is 1.53GB in size. You will need this amount of free storage space available on your computer in order to download the file.

For MAC users: just double-click the video and it will open in your default video player.

For Windows users: right click the file and select "Open." If you are asked what program you should use to open the file, select your computer's default or preferred video player (for example, Windows Media Player). If you are having problems viewing the file with Windows Media Player (once it has downloaded) we recommend installing Quick Time from Apple. Its a free media player and will work on most Windows PC's. You can download Quick Time here:

Quick Time Download (Recommended for Windows Users Having Trouble Viewing The Video)

For iOS/iPhone/iPad users: to view the video on your iOS device, you will first need to download it on your computer and use iTunes to transfer the video to the device. You cannot download the content straight to the device, it has to go via your computer.

Q: My download is taking a long time. What should I do?

Answer: Please be patient, it is a very big high resolution video file so it is going to take some time. The download time of each customer's video will depend on their home internet connection speed. So unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimate of download time, however your browser's download progress bar/window should give you details on how long your download will take.

Q: I lost my internet connection while the video was downloading. What should I do next?

Answer: No worries! As soon as your internet connection returns, you can click the link in your e-mail again, and the video will start to download again automatically. There is no limit to the number of times you can click the link in the email to start the download process.

Q: I clicked the link in my e-mail but the video didn't download. What do I do next?

Answer: First, check in your downloads folder to see if the file is there, or do a search on your computer for the file's name. If you don't see the file on your computer, or if you click the link in your e-mail and the video does not start immediately downloading, please contact support@gumroad.com

Q: How many times can I watch the video after I have purchased and downloaded it?

Answer: As many times as you want. Once you have purchased and downloaded it is yours to enjoy watching over and over - we hope you do!

Q: Will the Hurricane Sandy Benefit Video be released on DVD?

Answer: There are no plans to release this on DVD.

Q: Can I share this video file with my friends? Am I allowed to upload it to my social networks (Facebook, Vimeo, YouTube, etc.)?

Answer: No. Absolutely not. Any online sharing of this video file is strictly prohibited. The material in this video file is protected by copyright. It is for private use only and any other use including copying, reproduction, performance in public, in whole or in part, is prohibited by law. Sharing this video file with friends or posting it online is a violation of this Copyright. Infringement of the rights of the copyright owner may lead to civil action being taken. Do the right thing.

Q: I have tried all of the above and it is still not working for me, what can I do next? Help!

Answer: We will make sure everyone who purchased this video gets to watch it. If you have read through the above and tried everything listed, including installing Quick Time (if you are having problems with Windows Media Player) then please reach out to us.
